On Joining us you will already be a fully qualified mortgage advisor, as Managing Director I genuinely believe that the more product training and sales training you get - the stronger you perform and the higher the conversions and commissions you will earn. I also believe that ongoing training and development is a great way of maintaining your competence as viewed by the FSA. I would therefore encourage any advisor joining us to attend at least 2 days training each year.
